Viagra Limited to Late Night

Representatives Jim Moran and Robert Brady (both Democrats) have sponsored the "Families for ED Advertising Decency Act." This bill would "force advertisements for products like Cialis and Viagra to only broadcast between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m." Failure to follow this new law would result in a $325,000 fine by the FCC.
